Swazilii as an institute is committed in conveying  free access to legal information to individuals, the legislature, the Executive, the  judico-legal world, corporations and its international stakeholders to achieve universal, popular and well researched information through the internet. 

PURPOSE STATEMENT

 
To be the only national legal institution providing legal information that is current, informative and accurate. 

 

•IMPLEMENT ADVANCED AND RELIABLE MARKETING STRATEGIES THROUGH ADVERTISING. E.g. Legal Problem solving columns, legal topic discussions and question and answer section on legal matters and further provide a reliable customer feedback line.
 

•ENCOURAGE OWNERSHIP TO SUBSCRIBERS- By actually allowing them to own it just as our slogan 'KWETFU' suggests. users can make comments and suggest ways on which the website could be improved to their satisfaction.

•ENSURING A SUSTAINABLE WEBSITE- through acquisition of testimonials from users to assist in mobilising funds and advertising.
 

 

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE 
 
The structure of Swazilii is as follows;
 
Board of Trustees
•Fully qualified and experienced legal personnel from the Judiciary, Attorney General's Chambers, Academia and the Law Society. The board shall comprise of two committees i.e. the finance committee and the operations committee which shall completely supervise the financial and the website operations respectively
 
 SECRETARIAT
•The Secretariat shall be formed of the Coordinator, two assistants to the coordinator. One shall be responsible for the posting of legislation and other form of legal material whilst the other concentrates on solely on court judgments and material.
 
ICT PERSONNEL
•One officer who shall maintain the website.
 
ACCOUNTING AN MARKETING PERSONNEL
•TO LOOK INTO THE MARKETING AND FINANCE ASPECT OF THE SWAZILII.
 
 
HELPLINE OFFICER
•To take comments and queries and liaise with the coordinator who shall be in constant contact with the Board for advice in all operations.
