It is with great excitement and appreciation that the members of the legal fraternity receive the swazilii project. We recognize and appreciate the tireless hardwork and commitment of all those involved, and so to their passion and perseverance in ensuring the finalisation of this groundbreaking project.
We are aware of the domino effect reciprocal advantages, emanating from the easy and free access to primary and secondary legal resources both locally, regionally, continentally and internationally at the touch of a button not only for attorneys, but also business, communities and the ordinary man in the street who has long suffered under, the principal of ,ignorance of the law having no teeth, without the correlation of easily accessible laws.
Wonderfully so,SwaziLII and its links will ensure that all legal practioners will now be brought to the same level with regard access to the law, with smaller or newer law firms losing the need to sleeplessly aspire to massive law library collections and huge office spaces, with obtrusive rentals, to house the same. we cannot express enough the positive impact SwaziLII shall have on our case management skills, our clients can attest better to our current challenges in this regard.
Swaziland has recently launched its investor road map initiative, with this comes the need to consciously rebuild our legal systems to more closely approximate the global market legal systems......The free access to successful models from different legal systems can only bring unthinkable efficiency to such important endevours.
We as members of the law society of swaziland endorse this project with sincere appreciation and high regard. We warmly welcome “freedom toaster" to our corridors and shall by all endeavor overwork her to seek to assist the sustainability of this initiative in our country. We look forward to on hand user introduction to,"madam freedom toaster" and continued assistance and support with online access and usage.
Deepest gratitude to Africalii for earmarking the jurisdiction of Swaziland as part of it's roadmap, and to Osisa thank you once again for making this highly beneficial project possible for Swaziland and it's people.
